Later in the evening, the 38-year-old actor headed to The Groucho Club with a few pals. Jude is taking legal action against The Sun for allegedly hacking his phone. In the lawsuit, Jude, who’s also suing the paper’s sister publication, News of the World, accuses the U.K. tabloid of using information from his voicemails in four articles from 2005 and 2006. “The allegations made in this claim have been carefully investigated by our lawyers and the evidence shows that they have no foundation whatsoever,” parent company News International said. Jude’s legal team answered back, saying News International has “misled the police, parliament and the public for nearly five years about the extent of the wrongdoing by their journalists and executives. Their record speaks for itself.”
